X-Ray optical inspection machine model CPX-100 brand X-TEK
2D X-ray optical inspection machine (Open Tube) capable of inspecting PCBs and soldering of large and small components (BGA- Micro BGA- Flip CHIP- DCA). The emission power is 100 KV with 100 Microampere of maximum current, furthermore the system is equipped with a 5-axis holding arm capable of performing a complete rotation of the PCB and the related solder joints or components to be inspected.
The on-board software guarantees an efficient system for acquiring the detected images (Up to 256 Frames) and the related graphic processing to facilitate the identification of defects at multiple levels of perceptibility.
